Collaboration with DivBuild: Bringing a Modern Vision to Life

For the Highvale project, MyCladders was engaged by DivBuild to handle both the roofing and wall cladding on a new home just outside Brisbane. The job involved supplying and installing 410m² of 340 Nailstrip Colorbond cladding in Monument® Matt. This profile and finish were chosen for their durability, low maintenance, and the clean, modern look they bring to the home’s exterior. All flashings, box gutters, and caps were custom-made to fit the build, ensuring that every panel lined up neatly and every edge was properly sealed.

The Nailstrip profile used here is popular for its sharp vertical lines and ability to create a seamless transition from roof to wall. Colorbond steel is a practical choice for Brisbane homes because it stands up to Queensland’s weather, resists corrosion, and doesn’t require much upkeep. Our team managed the entire installation, from setting out the first panels to double-checking every join and finish before handover.
