A Playful Landmark on the Gold Coast

In 2024, we had the pleasure of working alongside DNA Builders to help deliver the Looney Tunes Arcade—an eye-catching addition to Brisbane’s entertainment scene. Right from the outset, our team was hands-on with planning and coordination, ensuring every detail lined up with the client’s vision for a lively, family-friendly destination. We paid close attention to both the practical requirements and the fun, playful atmosphere the arcade needed to offer. From site preparation and material selection to the final installation, our focus was on delivering a space that’s both welcoming and built to last. The finished arcade is now a local favourite, and it’s a project we’re proud to have played a key role in.

Custom Cladding in Mandarin

A major feature of this project is the Hiland Tray wall cladding, which was custom-coloured in a striking Mandarin shade by the expert team at Stratco. This bold colour choice wasn’t just about aesthetics—it was selected to give the arcade a unique identity and a real sense of energy. The installation process was handled with care, making sure every panel lined up perfectly for a seamless finish. The cladding not only looks great but was chosen for its durability, offering reliable weather protection and low maintenance for years to come. We believe this custom cladding is what truly sets the building apart and creates a memorable first impression for visitors.

Finishing Touches: The Circle Window Feature

One of the most eye-catching features of the arcade is the circular window, framed with custom Pittsburgh curved flashing. This detail, as seen in the photo, required careful design and installation to achieve a smooth, precise finish that ties in perfectly with the bold wall cladding. The curved flashing not only highlights the unique window but also adds an extra layer of craftsmanship and durability to the facade. Alongside the Surfmist Klip-lok roof, these finishing touches ensure the arcade is both visually striking and built to stand up to Brisbane’s weather, making it a standout project in every sense.
